A murder charge against Aaron Spencer, an Arkansas sheriff nominee accused of killing his teenage daughter’s alleged abuser, was dismissed by a judge due to law enforcement losing a dash camera memory card. The judge cited egregious conduct by officials, and Spencer’s attorneys did not dispute he shot the accused predator, Michael Fosler, who was out on bond for sexual offenses against his daughter.
