    Security guard killed in attack on former AJK PM Tanveer Ilyas's convoy in Poonch district

    Former AJK premier Sardar Tanveer Ilyas quits PPP after ticket row

    Former Azad Jammu and Kashmir prime minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas resigned from PPP following disagreements over party ticket distribution. He submitted nomination papers for three constituencies, but the party assigned candidates to LA-15 and LA-22, conflicting with his preferences.
