E’mani Green, one of the women accused in the 2022 death of Shanquella Robinson, filed an appeal against a judge’s decision to deny her motion to dismiss a wrongful death lawsuit. The lawsuit, filed by Robinson’s mother in October 2024, alleges Green assaulted Robinson, whose death was initially attributed to alcohol poisoning in Mexico but later linked to a spinal injury, though an autopsy found her spine intact and the cause of death undetermined.
