A 63-year-old man was fatally shot after an argument in Uptown Chicago, and police later critically injured the suspected gunman during a chase when he allegedly raised a gun at officers. The suspect was taken to Saint Francis Hospital in critical condition, while three officers were hospitalized for observation.
