The body of a missing woman last seen Sunday was found submerged at Lake Pueblo State Park, Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) officials reported. CPW located her fishing pole and belongings near Yucca Flats Campground, used sonar and an underwater ROV to search the area, and recovered her body in 30-foot-deep water at 77 degrees. The Pueblo County Coroner will determine her identity and cause of death.
- Wrong-way driver dead following crash along I-25 in Pueblo
A wrong-way driver died after crashing into another vehicle on northbound I-25 in Pueblo around 9:20 p.m., causing the highway to close for several hours. The other vehicle's occupant was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The Pueblo County Coroner will later identify the deceased driver.

A man died from a gunshot wound following a Sunday shooting in Pueblo outside a home on Morrison Avenue near the Nuckolls Avenue intersection. The suspect, who reported the shooting and was taken into custody, has not been charged, and the victim's identity will be released by the Pueblo County Coroner. This incident marks the 10th homicide in Pueblo in 2026.

The Pueblo County Coroner identified the victim of a fatal crash on Thursday morning as 21-year-old Javien Aaron Miller. The crash occurred on the southbound on-ramp at I-25 and City Center Drive when Miller's vehicle collided with a semi-trailer after the truck driver pulled over due to a possible mechanical issue.
