Becca Tobin, a 'Glee' actress, welcomed her second child via surrogate with her husband Zach Martin. The baby, Meyer June Martin, was born prematurely due to the surrogate's preeclampsia and is recovering in the neonatal intensive care unit. Tobin and Martin also have a first child via surrogate, Rutherford Thomas Martin.
