A pilot and student were forced to make an emergency landing on Interstate 10 in Pensacola, Florida, after engine trouble caused a burning oil smell in the cockpit. A trucker, Eric Jordan, witnessed the landing and helped ensure other drivers avoided the plane, which was later pushed off the highway. No injuries were reported, and the Florida Highway Patrol attributed the incident to an engine problem.
