Oakland Services

User received two calls that went directly to voicemail with transcriptions containing an 866 number. Calls originated from local area codes, and callbacks to a VOIP line revealed representatives from Oakland or Oak Glen Services who could not provide a website and repeatedly requested a file number. The user questions the legitimacy of the calls.
