    Boater charged in deadly river crash tested double legal limit for DUI, prosecutors say

    Richard Stevenson, 45, faces charges of reckless homicide and aggravated DUI after his Southbay pontoon struck another boat on the Fox River, killing a 48-year-old woman and injuring two others. Tests showed his blood alcohol concentration was .200, double Illinois' legal limit of .08. Stevenson has prior DUI and reckless driving charges and remains in custody.
