The Pasadena Hearing Officer will consider a request to combine two North Lake Avenue lots into a single property and divide it into 'air parcels' for condominium sales. Applicant Tecton filed a Vesting Tentative Tract Map application to consolidate the lots at 80 and 100 North Lake Avenue.

A 31-year-old man was arrested after allegedly attacking a 42-year-old man with a metal pole outside a convenience store in Pasadena. The incident occurred on the 600 block of North Lake Avenue, where the victim was cleaning a commercial parking lot when the assault took place.

A 36-year-old Pasadena man was arrested after shooting an acquaintance multiple times with a BB gun, causing injuries to the victim's arm, abdomen, and back. The victim was hospitalized with puncture wounds and lacerations but was reported in stable condition.
