The royal commission into antisemitism in Australia heard that Jewish Australians have been pressured to resign and verbally abused, with antisemitism becoming 'almost fashionable'. The commission also heard evidence from Australia's antisemitism envoy, Jillian Segal, and a Sydney nurse who said New South Wales Health was not safe for Jewish people. Antisemitism has increased since 7 October 2023.
