Hernan Villagran Lux, a 29-year-old Massachusetts man known for wearing a mime costume, is accused of harassing women at a state park by staring, smiling unnervingly, stripping to his underwear, and slathering himself in cooking oil near female employees. Three Department of Conservation and Recreation staff members reported over 50 encounters with Lux, leading to fears for their safety and prompting social media warnings about his behavior.
