Michael Gledhill, 44, was charged with murder and personal use of a deadly weapon in the stabbing death of actor James Handy, 81, outside a Tarzana home on June 3. Handy died at a nearby hospital after sustaining stab wounds, and Gledhill was arrested at the residence where he lived with his mother, who had a romantic relationship with Handy.
