A 35-year-old man was arrested in connection with the theft of a 2022 Lexus E350 from a Burbank CarMax. Authorities reported the suspect used fake information and identification to steal the vehicle and was arrested on suspicion of multiple crimes, including possession of a stolen vehicle and fraud.

One person was in custody following a fatal stabbing at a Tarzana home where a man in his 80s was found with stab wounds and later died. The suspect called police, citing he killed a 'man with sin,' but details on their relationship and motive remain unclear.

Pop star Sabrina Carpenter has requested a restraining order against William Applegate, a man who trespassed on her property four times since April. The petition includes security camera images of Applegate at her door, with Carpenter stating she has no prior connection to him. The request also seeks protection for Carpenter’s sister and the sister’s boyfriend, following a police arrest related to trespassing and a confrontation with security.

Four people, including two young children, died in a murder-suicide shooting at a North Hills home. The shooter was identified as a woman who killed her two children and their father before taking her own life. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed the incident occurred on Londelius Street near Swinton Avenue.
