A tribunal awarded ₹31.43 lakh compensation to the family of Rajaram Narayan Mhatre, a Thane man killed in a 2020 road accident, with 9% annual interest from the petition date. The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT) directed the tempo owner and their insurer to jointly pay the amount.
