Moscow Psychiatric Facility

Ilya Remeslo, an ex-Kremlin loyalist, was placed in a Moscow psychiatric facility. He had previously spent a month in a St. Petersburg hospital after publicly criticizing President Vladimir Putin's handling of the Ukraine invasion.
