Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons (MMIP)

The Operation Not Forgotten initiative, in conjunction with the FBI's Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons (MMIP) strategy, demonstrates the FBI's commitment to addressing violence affecting Indigenous communities. The program represents a coordinated effort to tackle the significant issue of missing and murdered Indigenous persons.

The FBI Phoenix office hosted a community event in Arizona to support families of missing and murdered Indigenous persons (MMIP). A family of a missing Native American attended the event that provided resources and assistance related to the MMIP initiative.
