A suspect has been charged in the fatal stabbing of a homeless man in Medford, with the victim's body allegedly left on the side of the road. The body was discovered on the South Service Road of the Long Island Expressway.

The Stabbin’ Wagon nonprofit and employees sued Medford, Oregon, alleging the city conspired to violate their civil rights by surveilling and harassing them after receiving a state grant to open a peer respite center. The city argues the claims lack evidence and asserts its right to counter-speech, while the nonprofit claims the city targeted them for opposing its policies.

A Minnesota man was arrested in Wisconsin on multiple criminal sexual conduct charges against a child. Nathan Brase, 33, faces felony charges including exposing his genitals to a child and grooming a child for sexual activity after an Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigation.
