The town also plans $500,000 in safety improvements along Magnolia Street.

A new traffic plan will begin at Mooresville High School on Aug. 5 to enhance student safety by reducing congestion and improving vehicle movement between two campus buildings. The Mooresville Graded School District implemented the changes based on community feedback, with specific route adjustments for drivers, staff, and pedestrians.

Firefighters and hazardous materials crews responded to reports of mercury at multiple locations in Riverside County, specifically near the 24000 block of Magnolia Street in Wildomar. The Riverside County Hazardous Materials Team and county environmental health officials were involved in the incident reported around 11:24 a.m.

A 32-year-old woman with developmental disabilities, Loan Thi Anh Tran, is reported missing in Orange County after being last seen near Magnolia Street and McFadden Avenue in Westminster around 5 p.m. Sunday. She was believed to be wearing a red shirt and red pants.

A 13-year-old boy lost control of an electric motorcycle and crashed in Orange County, resulting in his death. The incident occurred on Magnolia Street near Larson Avenue. Garden Grove Police Department responded to the scene.
