More Than 300 Apartments Coming To Former Mag Mile Office Building As Work Gets Underway
A former Mag Mile office building at 500 N. Michigan Ave. is being converted into 324 apartments, with 64 designated as affordable housing. Construction has begun and the project is expected to finish by early 2027.
