The "Meantime on Market" initiative brought pop-up businesses to vacant storefronts on the 900 block of Market Street, drawing close to 3,300 visitors and generating $30,000 in revenue in its first three weeks. Due to this early success and increased foot traffic, four original businesses have been offered discounted leases through December. The project has evolved into a retail incubator selecting new tenants for open spaces.
