A man died and 78 people were evacuated after a fire broke out at a village house in Hong Kong's Ling Shan Tsuen in Fanling. The blaze, which began around 4:30am, was extinguished by 5am. Electrical wires were observed burning at the scene, and four dogs and cats were also evacuated.
