Lake County Aquatic Center

Leadville's only publicly accessible pool, Swim Squared, faces closure due to financial struggles. Community members and organizations are fundraising to keep it operational, as it serves as the primary location for swimming lessons, water safety training, and recreational activities. The pool has taught 150 children to swim, addressing drowning prevention concerns in the region.
