    In letter to PM Shehbaz, South Korean company alleges unfair stonewalling of $1bn investment plans in Pakistan

    Korea South-East Power Co. Ltd (KOEN), a South Korean state-owned energy firm, alleges Pakistan's government has unfairly stalled its $1 billion hydropower investment plans.
