Two individuals, Bryan Allison and Josie Crafton, face charges for using the court bond system to facilitate human trafficking targeting female jail inmates. Investigators discovered that Allison bonded out women while Crafton introduced them through video calls via Hopkins County Jail. Authorities subsequently charged Allison with commercial sex activity human trafficking and Crafton with promoting human trafficking.
