    IPEC chooses charter school policy leader to guide its work

    Police hunt suspect after recent business school graduate killed in downtown shooting

    Brett Scrogham, a 23-year-old recent graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, was killed in a downtown Indianapolis shooting.
