Jana Sena has extended the deadline for party posts in Vizianagaram to July 5. The party received approximately 1,200 applications in five days, primarily from doctors, lawyers, and engineers, with expectations to surpass 1,500 by Sunday.

Over 1,000 people applied for Jana Sena committee posts in Vizianagaram ahead of municipal and local body elections. Most applicants fall within the 25 to 45 age range.

Influencer Joseph Bachalakuri was arrested in Hyderabad on a Jana Sena leader’s complaint and will be produced before a Pithapuram court; a case has been booked under the IT Act.

Four Rajya Sabha members from Andhra Pradesh were sworn in, including the first seat for Jana Sena since its founding in 2014. Jana Sena secured a Rajya Sabha seat for the first time.

Nara Lokesh, the TDP working president, urged TDP leaders to conduct a 45-day campaign from June 25 to August 10 to highlight the government's achievements. He mentioned that BJP and Jana Sena leaders would participate in the drive and advised cadre to remain vigilant regarding electoral-roll revision.

Korikana Ravikumar has been appointed to a Jana Sena committee responsible for coordinating inductions in the state. The committee will prioritize a clean image when screening new entrants ahead of local body and 2029 polls.

Pawan Kalyan will address Jana Sena’s national integration meeting in Delhi on July 15. The meeting will include leaders who recently joined the party from four southern states.
