A 19-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman and attempting to drown her in Texas. The incident occurred while the woman was exercising along White Oak Bayou in the Inwood area, according to Pct. 1 deputies.

A man was fatally shot in the chest in Inwood, Manhattan, around 4:27 a.m. near West 207th Street and Ninth Avenue. The victim, identified as Bryan Scott, 32, of Manhattan, was taken to a local hospital but died.
