Delaware's largest trades union is targeting incumbent Democrats after a labor bill failed in the House, with union leaders expressing anger over not receiving a floor vote. The Delaware Building and Construction Trades Council is attempting to remove House Democrats it accuses of insufficient support and has requested the return of a $5,000 political donation.
