Holy Sepulchre Cemetery

Farmington Hills police identified Dwight Respess, 48, as the man leaving animal remains outside Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, claiming the act was part of a personal religious practice to protect himself from death. Respess was charged with illegal dumping and released on bond after arraignment. Police emphasized the charge was based on unlawful disposal, not his religious beliefs.
