    Ukroboronprom General Director Resigns Following Explosion in Vyshneve

    Herman Smetanin resigned as CEO of Ukroboronprom, Ukraine’s largest defense manufacturer, after a Russian strike detonated one of the company’s ammunition depots in Vyshneve, killing nine people and evacuating over 600. Serhiy Boyev, Deputy Minister of Defense, will temporarily act as General Director.
