Bobby Lequan Council, a 39-year-old Goodlettsville man, pleaded guilty to sexually exploiting a 7-year-old child, possessing child sexual abuse material, failing to register as a sex offender, and committing a felony while required to register. Council, a Tier III sex offender due to a 2012 conviction, faces a mandatory minimum of 35 years in federal prison and up to 90 years.

A motorcyclist was critically injured in a crash near the RiverGate Skate Center on Wren Road in Goodlettsville around 9 p.m. Tuesday night. The incident caused a one-to-two-hour road closure while officials investigated the scene. The cause remains under investigation by the Goodlettsville Police Department.

Trevor Lines, a 28-year-old Indiana man, was found safe at RiverGate Skate Center in Nashville after going missing during a trip. He left his phone, belongings, and white Lexus RX350 behind at his Airbnb on Douglas Avenue, prompting a police search and family efforts to locate him.
