A 75-year-old Indiana woman, Anita Grayson, died after a physical altercation with a Tim Hortons shift lead manager over an order dispute at a Fort Wayne location on May 13. The confrontation, captured on video, escalated when Grayson became physical with the 20-year-old manager, resulting in injuries to both parties. Her cause of death remains pending despite an autopsy showing no significant contributory injuries.
