    Virginia man charged in deadly I-75 crash

    Charles Dean Pace, a 27-year-old from Glen Allen, Virginia, was arraigned on four counts of second-degree murder and four counts of operating while intoxicated causing death after a July 1 crash on I-75 near Springfield Township.
