Californians relocating to cities like Nashville, Dallas, and Phoenix are driving faster increases in median rent and home prices in those cities compared to Los Angeles, according to a Los Angeles Times report. While all 10 top destination cities saw higher cost-of-living increases between 2020 and 2025 than Los Angeles, they remain more affordable overall.
