    From 6 staffers to 75: Mamdani expands coastal resilience workforce amid growing flood threat

    Mayor Zohran Mamdani is expanding New York City’s coastal resilience bureau from six to 75 staff members with a $43.2 million investment to manage flood-protection infrastructure.
