    Detroit man bound over on charges in fatal Warren hit-and-run

    A 25-year-old Detroit man, Earnest Square, has been bound over for trial on two 15-year felony charges related to a fatal hit-and-run crash in Warren that killed a pedestrian on Van Dyke Avenue.
