    This simple fatty acid could restore failing vision

    Scientists at UC Irvine discovered that supplementing specific polyunsaturated fatty acids can reverse age-related vision loss by targeting the ELOVL2 gene and restoring retinal fatty acids in mice. Experiments showed improved visual function and reversed cellular aging signs.
