Roberta and Oscar Cash filed a lawsuit against Publix Supermarket, claiming they contracted E. coli O145:H28 from contaminated Chilean blueberries purchased in May. The Florida Department of Health and CDC reported a multistate outbreak linked to the same product, which led to a recall by Frutas y Hortalizas del Sur S.A. in Chile.
