Jahml McDonald, who has a prior murder conviction, was arrested after the Galveston County Organized Crime Task Force raided his home in Texas City. Authorities found that he allegedly ran a "full-service drug operation," selling narcotics and fentanyl pills disguised as ecstasy to minors near local schools and colleges.
