Meta lost a multimillion-dollar legal case over its failure to prevent child sex trafficking on Facebook and Instagram. The FBI-led "Operation Cross Country" successfully recovered 59 minor victims of child sex trafficking and sexual exploitation, along with 59 additional missing children. This coordinated law enforcement sweep represents a significant effort to combat child trafficking and exploitation networks.
