Boynton Beach Fire Rescue

A 3-year-old South Florida girl died four days after her head became stuck in a toy kitchen set at a babysitter’s residence. The babysitter left the children in the care of their spouse, who discovered the girl unresponsive. She was hospitalized but died on July 27, and no charges have been filed as the investigation continues.
