The Justice Department charged 15 Minnesotans linked to antifa groups with conspiracy to impede federal immigration officers. Prosecutors allege the groups used physical and soft blockades during protests in the Twin Cities to disrupt law enforcement operations, including establishing obstacles at the Bishop Henry Whipple Building. Twelve defendants have been arrested, one is in custody for other charges, and two remain fugitives.
