Bill on removal of PM, CMs and Ministers after 30 days in jail

A Parliament panel has recommended replacing 'removal' with 'suspension' in a Bill targeting PMs, CMs, and Ministers who remain in jail for 30 days, while retaining the objective of preventing 'governance from custody'. Most Opposition parties refused to join the panel, alleging the Bill was motivated by 'malicious intent'.
