An Uzbek immigrant truck driver admitted to the U.S. under the Biden administration's diversity visa lottery killed a University of Massachusetts at Lowell soccer player in an Ohio crash. The driver, who did not speak English, attempted to remove the dash camera from his truck and used Google Translate to communicate with law enforcement.
