A fire ignited on a balcony of a high-rise in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, injuring a resident who fled the burning apartment. Emergency crews responded to the blaze at the Bay Parc apartment building on North Bayshore Drive, with flames visible from the balcony. Another resident, Lucas Cardoso, reported seeing smoke and fire from his balcony, and the incident is under investigation by Miami Fire Rescue.
