Iron Maiden sold 50% of its music catalog, master rights, and name, image, and likeness (NIL) rights to Pophouse Entertainment, a Swedish company co-founded by ABBA’s Bjorn Ulvaeus. The deal includes rights to the band’s mascot Eddie and involves plans for a film, interactive fan experiences, and a digital universe. Pophouse CEO Jessica Koravos and Iron Maiden’s manager Rod Smallwood expressed enthusiasm for the partnership.
