A 57-year-old former Ironman triathlete, Dave Nitsche, was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer after experiencing vision problems, but an experimental drug called Rybrevant has helped him survive beyond his initial prognosis. Nitsche's case is rare, as his lung cancer symptoms first appeared in his eye. He is now being treated with Rybrevant, which is working effectively with minimal side effects.
