A man was arrested in Orange County after a hit-and-run crash caused the pedestrian to sustain major injuries in Santa Ana. The suspect has been identified as Rigoberto Martinez Villalpando, 43, of Moreno Valley. Police responded to the crash near Auto Mall Drive and Edinger Avenue on July 27.
