An international operation involving eleven countries shut down the AudiA6 crypto money-laundering ring and Dark2Web marketplace, which were part of a $390M scheme.

Europol has disrupted AudiA6, a cryptocurrency laundering service used by ransomware gangs and cybercriminal networks. The service is estimated to have laundered over €336 million (~$389 million) in illicit profits.

Two men were charged with running a $389 million Bitcoin and crypto money laundering scheme tied to the Dark Web. The operation, led by Ruslan Igorevich Tkachuk and Alexander Vladimirovich Ledenev, used a cryptocurrency mixing service and a cybercrime forum called Dark2Web to process illicit funds. The case involved international law enforcement agencies that dismantled the group's infrastructure and froze assets.

Authorities have taken down the 'AudiA6' group, which is accused of laundering $389 million in Bitcoin. Two individuals were arrested and are being sought for extradition to the U.S. in connection with the alleged crime.
